Due to the COVID-19 recent developments and our chief operating principle, our Red Threads retail storefront will be closed through the month of May.
We understand that this may cause concern or raise questions if you have already placed an online pre-order or plan to purchase an item from a current online pre-order.
We want you to know that even though our retail storefront has closed, our online store is still open and our staff is reporting daily to keep production moving forward.
At this time, we do not anticipate any production delays. The estimated date listed on the pre-order link for when orders will be ready should remain the same.

- If you have already placed an order and chosen in-store pick-up and would like to wait until our storefront re-opens to come pick-up your order, we are happy to hold on to it for you.

- If you chose to have your order shipped to you, orders will ship out via USPS when they are ready and you will receive an email with tracking information.
